Creating a Sustainable Wellbeing Strategy (one-day)

Implementing a wellbeing programme which is impactful and brings a good return on your investment can be challenging.  Without a strategy to guide you it can also be a waste of time and effort.

A wellbeing strategy sets your vision for your organisation and ensures that the path to its realisation is considered and effective.  

In our highly interactive, fun and engaging workshop, delegates will have the opportunity to explore different types of strategies and start to structure a vision and a plan which complements the business and its needs.

During this 1-day workshop, you will:

  • Debate why workplace wellbeing is important to your business and define your unique purpose and intent
  • Explore a wellbeing vision through 3 individual lenses: organisational lens, leadership lens and the employee lens
  • Discover the length and breadth of wellbeing beyond physical health, and identify your organisation’s wellbeing priorities
  • Discuss and identify key objectives and success measures which are specific, measurable, realistic and timebound
  • Agree next steps for the business and the actions that are needed to move the organisation forward

Booking Confirmation: Upon receipt of your booking, confirmation will be issued via email.  A confirmatory email with any joining instructions including directions will be sent one week before the workshop.  If you have not received the joining instructions 5 days before the start of the workshop, please contact us.  We suggest you do not book any non-cancellable travel until you receive the confirmatory email.

Discount for multiple bookings:  this applies to multiple bookings made for a single workshop and invoiced together.

How to Pay: If applicable, an invoice will be raised one week before workshop and sent to the email address given.  Payment can be made by credit card, cheque or BACS.

For FREE events, two places per organisation may be booked for no charge.  Any additional delegates from the same organisation attending the same workshop title will be invoiced a delegate fee of £25 each (plus VAT). 

Events Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel your workshop booking please see the cancellation policy below for guidelines

• 4 weeks or more prior to event: No charge

• 2-4 weeks prior to event: 50% of fee

• 0-2 weeks prior to event: 75% of fee

• No show on the day 100% of fee.

Failure to attend a free event without informing us at least one working day before the event may also incur an administration fee of £25 plus VAT per place.  Cancellations can be accepted by telephone or by email to orgimprove@growthco.uk.

Transfer Conditions: Bookings can be transferred to colleagues up to 1 day before the workshop.  This is to be advised by email giving the contact details of the new delegate.  Please note that if you do not cancel and do not attend, no refund or transfer will be made.

Cancellation by us: Whilst we endeavour to deliver the workshops and events as detailed, we reserve the right to modify or cancel any event.  If we do cancel an event we shall inform you via email as soon as possible, offering alternative events where available or offering a full refund where this is not possible.
