Peel Media Celebrates Investors in People Gold
Peel Media is celebrating this week after clinching the top Investors in People gold standard, joining the top 7% of accredited organisations across the UK who are committed to realising the potential of their staff.
Based at MediaCityUK in Manchester, Peel Media is a 30 strong team which is responsible for the day to day running of MediaCityUK, including operations, events, property, PR and finance.
MediaCityUK, Manchester, is the new home for BBC North, ITV, Coronation Street, SIS and the University of Salford. Located on the banks of Manchester’s historic ship canal, MediaCityUK has been delivered by The Peel Group, through private investment of more than £700 million.
MediaCityUK legal and commercial director Jackie Whalley heads up Peel Media’s People Development team that also includes; Lee Howarth, Lesley Ward, Derek Elliott, Rachel Williams, Rachel Sharples, Lynn Haime and Lisa Simpson.
